Ketamine therapy at Ketamend Wellness is planned to be physician-led and evidence-based.

We plan to offer two treatment pathways.

Spravato® (esketamine)

An FDA-approved nasal spray indicated for treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with acute suicidal ideation.

IV/IM Ketamine

Therapy that may be used off label for depression, other mental health conditions, and chronic pain.

Treatment selection is planned to be guided by clinical appropriateness, medical history, and patient goals.

For some patients, insurance-covered Spravato® may be the right starting point. For others, physician-guided IV ketamine therapy may be more appropriate.

The first step will be a careful evaluation. From there, we plan to help determine which option best fits your needs.
